Sign Up
Fill out the FARNAM Cash for Clubs Enrollment
Form (pdf). Complete the form and send it to FARNAM along with
a copy of your club's latest newsletter. |
2.
Start Up
We'll send you a FARNAM Rewards Club Cash program sheet with
details and redemption terms. And if you are new to the program,
we'll start your account with $5.00. |

3.
Send In
Mail us proof-of-purchase seals your club members collect from
the eligible Farnam products. Each proof-of-purchase
seal (the bar code or store receipt for products with no paper
label) is worth 1 point, unless otherwise noted and is equal to
20¢. 5 points x 20¢ = $1.00. |
4.
Get Cash
Your club can cash in its points, up to 3 times per year. The
minimum redemption is $20.00 for 100 points. |

PROGRAM ENDS December 31, 2008 -

Program
ends and all enrollment forms must be postmarked
by December 31, 2008. Your
club's most current newsletter must accompany the
enrollment form. Submittals
containing a large number of proof-of-purchases
should be forwarded via Certified Mail, Return
Receipt Requested. Sponsor
not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete,
postage-due, damaged, mutilated or misdirected
mail. No
mechanical duplication of proof-of-purchase will
be accepted. Clubs
can only cash in points three (3) times per year
and the minimum redemption is $20.00 for 100 points.
All submittals are subject to verification. Submissions
may be investigated and voided if fraudulent.
